A 50% deposit on the total purchase, including tax and delivery fees, is due at the time an order is placed. The remaining 50% will be automatically charged using your original form of payment upon order completion. Delivery cannot be scheduled until your order is paid in full.

Because our workshop makes each piece to order, our current production time is 13-15 weeks. We will do everything we can to meet specific delivery deadlines, but timing is contingent on our workshop capacity at the time you place your order. Please allow 1-3 weeks for transit times locally and 2-5 weeks outside our normal delivery zones. Please contact 800.841.6671 or your local showroom for more information.

We understand falling in love takes time. If for any reason you're not in love with your Pompy furniture within the first 30 days after delivery, we'll either rebuild it until you do, or take it back for a full refund (excluding delivery fees). No 're-stocking' fees, no hassles, no explanation required.

To this end, our in-house delivery team handles most deliveries. For West Coast and overseas deliveries, we work with several trusted partners who specialize in delivering to these areas. If you order online, your delivery charges to domestic addresses will be automatically calculated in the cart. For deliveries outside of the continental U.S., please contact 800.841.6671 or your local showroom for more specifics. Please note, delivery charges are based on the total order value before discount and sales tax is applied.
